Direct booking website: $100 a month. $500 setup, waived for hosts who sign up by December 31, 2026. No contract.

What do I get for $100 a month?
A custom website for your property where guests book and pay you directly, plus an owner dashboard for bookings, rates, guests and revenue. Hosting, updates and support are included. Setup is $500, waived for hosts who sign up by December 31, 2026.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Guests pay you through your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its standard card processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ in the US). We charge the flat monthly fee and nothing per booking.
Can I keep my Airbnb and Vrbo listings?
Yes. Your site syncs calendars with Airbnb and Vrbo so dates stay blocked everywhere. Most hosts keep their listings for discovery and use the website for repeat guests, referrals and search traffic.
How long does setup take?
Most sites go live within days of getting your photos, house details, pricing and Stripe account.
Do you offer property management?
Yes, as an option. Remote management is 10% of booking revenue and covers listings, guest messaging, pricing, cleaner coordination and lodging taxes. It is available in Harbor Country in Michigan, Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.
Is there a contract?
No. The website is month to month and you can cancel anytime.
